A La Carte Single Grant

Initial intake and collection of critical grant assets
1-hour opportunity review and brainstorming session with Write On Fundraising staff
Review and analysis of existing organizational narrative assets
Regularly scheduled, 30-minute progress check-ins with Write On Fundraising staff
A detailed project management scope for tracking deliverables through Asana
Grantor cultivation recommendations
Custom grant narrative
Facilitation of grant assets and required attachments
Grant submission by Write On Fundraising staff or facilitation of submission
Confirmation of submission and final copy of submission and attachment(s)
A La Carte/Single Grant purchases include a maximum of 30 hours of service per grant. Write On Fundraising staff will make every effort to keep all grant applications under the 30-hour maximum. Grants requiring additional time will be assessed a fee of $65 per hour. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card, ACH transfer, or wire before the grant is submitted. Checks and cash will not be accepted.
The eligibility criteria for purchase are as follows:
The organization must be a U.S.-based, registered nonprofit organization with a Letter of Determination (EIN) issued by the IRS
Grant opportunities must already be identified and reviewed by the nonprofit organization before the purchase of this product
Types of grants eligible for single grant support include private and family foundation applications, corporate grant applications, and special prize funds*
Letters of Intent/Inquiry (LOIs) are not eligible
Grant deadline must be at least 50 days away from the date of purchase (or have a rolling or open deadline)
Nonprofit representative(s) must be available for an initial brainstorming session within five (5) business days of purchase
Nonprofit representative(s) must have grant application attachments already prepared or have access to the requested information for preparation
Nonprofit representative(s) must respond to all requests for information from Write On Fundraising staff within 48 business hours**
